First and Second time they were good. 3rd time was a rip-off. I took it for one problem and was charged for many problems. Main problem cost 300 some dollars. First call said 2500 , 2nd call said 7 grand, 3rd call said 6 grand. 3 different prices. Not recommended for future works.

Needed cylinder head gasket replaced on our 32 year old collector car. TuneTech on Monroe did an excellent job including all the related work and returning the car to us better than it's ever been. Certainly recommend both Monroe and N Division stores. Thank you all. E. John Baldwin

Dennis Koch took a negative experience and quickly resolved my problem. I can certainly understand why he has been in business for over thirty years of ownership of these two shops. I have personally worked in the automotive field for over 20 years and always heard good things about Tune tech. I had even referred a few of my clients to their shop and when I was looking for someone to work on my car, I too brought it here. Dennis will stand behind his stores work and will complete the job to obtain customer satisfaction. With his passion for his trade, ethical standards Dennis and his team set the example for other shops to emulate.
