They dropped the ball tonight. Tried to have a date night with my wife. So ordered pizza for our 8 kids only to never get our order in time to feed the kids at a reasonable hour. Had to wait for them to remake and deliver the order. Thanks dominos for blowing our date night. Still waiting for the food. Not sorry to say from this point on we be looking for someone else for pizza. Sorry not sorry. My money will go somewhere else.

I love Dominos, but this one ain’t it. They seem to make up their store hours as they please and tend to close 1-2 hours before their posted times. The problem is that they still allow you to place mobile orders, which they accept but never deliver. Pretty sure they rely on customers not calling in for a refund, so they can just collect money without doing anything. Staff is really short and rude over the phone, too. I wish the Dominos app allowed you to order from a better location with competent management

Waited over 15 minutes on phone in order...somebody picked up phone then disconnected call. Could hear store noise in background. Called back, answered by female at 8:14 PM, "will this be pickup or delivery"? I said delivery, She replied it will be an hour,, I said IF I don't have to wait 20 minutes to order OK. She hung up on me. THEN, website said NO DELIVERY to my location. I am within a mile, community across street. WE have spent thousands of dollars and always tipped drivers well. We are both handicapped...BUT not as much as a company with this poor excuse for customer service. GOOD bye.
