I had a wonderful experience with Herson's. I live over an hour away from the dealership but I chose to handle business with them because my rep, Joshua Detrick, was very responsive compared to the other dealerships. I wanted the KIA Carnival. He knew the vehicle in and out. That vehicle was hard to come by but as soon as one came in that was the color and trim that I wanted, he immediately contacted us. I drove up the next day and left with a new vehicle. I received more than I expected for my trade in and I didn't even have to negotiate. The entire staff was amazing and super friendly. I had a 2 and 4 year old with me so they were all very accommodating and pleasant. We'll definitely buy from them again.

The Kia dealership, hands down, was the best dealer experience compared to others. Other dealers were kind of pushy, wanted me to buy right away, or tried selling me something that I didnt want. The Kia sales team, from entering to closing on a deal, treated me with nothing but respect and maintained a professional yet down to earth demeanor. My salesman in particular(you know who you are) negotiated with and for me until the price was spot on. Put it like this, Im driving my 2022 Kia Telluride SX thanks to him!!! Even though supply has been limited for the Telluride, Josh reached out whenever they got a possible option in stock and I appreciated his no pressure style of sales and help.
