This location is always stingy with portions. Not to mention the employees almost always close the shop earlier than their actual listed closing times. Most of the employees just look like they don’t want to be there constantly. When I reached Erika at the cash register, she didn’t greet me in anyway, the only thing she said was “you want anything else?” And even that she said with an attitude. I replied no thanks and she said nothing. I even tried to wish her a good day as I left but she was too busy texting on her phone to reply. I don’t understand why the employees there are so miserable all the time and act like the tiniest portion is coming straight out of their paycheck. Wont be returning.

A very good bowl of spicy lamb meatballs on rice, love it and I try to have one every day when in town. BUT, I don't understand who the hell designed and approved the sink in the bathroom? Absolutely stupid and useless design, faucet is one inch from the back of the sink inner basin and no room for your hands to safely and fully wash off the soap. Unbelievably stupid design with no regard for ergonomics.

They forgot some items in my pickup order and I called a few hours later (I didn't eat my food right away) close to their closing time and they allowed me to come back to pickup what was missing after closing. When I arrived, they remade my order and included some extra goodies. I had a rough day and I really love Cava. Thank you to the manager and team members for taking care of me.
