The employees at the Florence, OR store are all A+! They are helpful, friendly, advise you on sales, and how to get your appliances for the best possible price. Great job crew! The problem for me has been not getting my range I ordered! 7/7/21 I ordered it. I am now on my 4th new date for delivery! Sears Corpoation this is not ok! Waiting 3 months and 12 days/ maybe more for my appliance that your computer program told your sales man would be in. Meanwhile I am cooking on a single hotplate with no oven.

I was treated very badly. The owner is a very dismissive pompous man. He is also a liar. It is a real shame, because I love Sears products. We will be redoing our kitchen next year. Not with our Florence Sears. Women beware, he was very arrogant to me. I have never given a bad review or any review of a company or product. This exchange with him hurt me and me so angry😡😡
