Great gym/swim facility. Yoga, Pilates, Hiit, Zumba, & Cardio classes and an array of weight training machines, free weights, treadmills, elipticals, rowing & stair-step machines and more plus the swimming pool. Personal Training instruction available. Friendly Staff.

Love going to this gym. They have a pool and lots of machines! Everyone is very friendly, staff and other members. They have big locker rooms with a sauna and a private women's work out area. Don't hesitate to sign up! You can even get a day pass if you want to try it before you sign up.

Check out their website. There is plenty of information there. I found their rates to be reasonable. My wife and I paid for a monthly pass while visiting Florence. The place is nice and the people are very friendly.

We are open Monday-Friday 5AM to 9PM and Saturdays 7AM-5PM. You may want to check at the front desk for our pool lap swim times or we have some great aquatics classes too! We also have family recreational swim times. The cost varies depending on if you buy a package of passes or just one day. We'd be happy to fill you in on the best deal.
