The internal ambient temperature is satisfactory. The unit was clean when I received it. -However- There aren't enough available carts, and the ones that are available have flat tires. -To the management: Carts are inexpensive, and solid rubber tires don't go flat. The employee who checked me in seemed to have an attitude; he sighed after every question I asked, implying that my simple requests were unreasonable, and that I was wasting his time. Example: I asked if I could check in and get my gate code before walking to the far end of the building where my unit is, and he said "that's not really how we do things", implying that he wanted me to make the trip 3 times (down, back, and down again) instead of just once... -To the management: This behavior is not the face of the company that you want greeting your new customers. Perhaps new employees could go through Customer Relations 101 prior to starting on the sales floor.

Facility was clean and well staffed, gates and doors all functioned without issue and there were always ample carts for loading and unloading. Had everything we needed, would choose them again without hesitation!
