Wait time for a large hot coffee was too long and other hot drinks were prepared prior to mine sitting getting cold. After I received my order it did what I needed.

I went for a milkshake, the service in the drive through was friendly but they ran out of vanilla ice cream, chocolate and oreo. So I got pistachio shake for the first time. It was not bad just really nutty, lol with every sip.

I go to this Dunkin at least 5 days a week. I dread going in the mornings because the lady who works the drive thru is awful. Pretty sure she’s a manager. She’s always yelling at the employees. Every time I get to the window to pay, she doesn’t even bother to greet me. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I prefer to go later in the day when the people are nicer and actual greet you through the speaker and at the window. This place needs better management.
