Unprofessional. Owner picks favorites. While many of us pay the same tuition, our children don't get the same attention as a result, the cheerleaders don't all build skills. Many of the cheerleaders go to Maryland Twisters for their tumbling practice. Some have decided to go with the other cheer company as the professionalism and skill building is beyond what this owner is capable of doing. Owner doesn't care about the girls. Lastly, Owner should learn that girls who empower (critique other their teammates) their teams build STRONGER girls and teams. Stop designing your program to develop weak girls! :)
