i am very dissatisfied and upset with the service i have received here. i came in during the beginning of march to get my iPhone 7 plus fixed. they shipped my phone to the other location and every time i called they said the master mechanic had not gotten to my phone yet. no one ever called me as well to update me about the phone. after 4 weeks of calling, they said the phone could not be repaired at all. today i get a call saying they replaced my phone's battery and charging port and it would be $95 even though it been 3 months since i gave in the phone. i told the employee that on the phone and he said there is no reduced price even though the system also shows its been 3 months. awful experience here.

I was a bit skeptical at first, I had no where else to get my mother’s phone screen fixed but I’m glad I took the chance on Itouch Repair. Definitely will recommend their service to others.

Yes they repair my iPhone 6s Plus broken screen in 30 minutes, but they took my original battery,now every time I charge my phone it’s get so hot quick. They always speak in their language about you being costumer, the only they know I understand their language too. I in counter another customer before he was mad because they talking about him. These should stop talking to other people. Have some respect.
