I believe it need to be clear that this restaurant is not open for dine in service. I read the reviews and was mistakenly understood it was open and went there yesterday for a family dinner, but found out that they are open for carryout only.

I'm so happy that this place is back. The food is excellent. Especially love the vegetarian options. Only tiny qualm is with the pricing. It's take out only, yet there's a mandatory "take out charge" with each order anyway. Then there's an additional "credit card charge" as well. If you order directly by calling, you pay higher prices than through a third party app online. Always better to have upfront pricing and I don't think being dishonest is Mandalay's intention.

My friends and I eat here every few months as the food is always prepared excellently and everything we have eaten has been great. The tealeaf salad is not to be missed. The entrees are spiced to order. The coconut ice cream is a treat and we enjoyed eating the coconut itself as well.

I've come to Mandalay three times and each time it has been excellent. The food is fresh and flavorful. The dishes are familiar Asian favorites but with a Burmese twist. It makes for a unique experience, and the cherry on top is that the food is so good. Don't miss the Burmese dressing. I love that stuff. I think they could improve the quality of the interior. It comes off cheap when the quality and prices of the food aren't.
