My family has used Bob's OK Tire Store for years but they broke a taillight either getting tires into or out of the back of our Ford Explorer and the owner, Lisa, accused us of making it up and said that they did not break it and will not replace it. Period. She was extremely rude and nasty to me, my partner and my law firm administrator, implying that I made up the damage to get a free taillight. I own and run a busy law firm, and believe me, this is the last thing I would need to make up. There is no doubt that Bob's damaged the light as I noticed it as soon as my partner brought the car back to the house. Lisa told me personally that her installers would have said something to her if they broke the light, but Eric, the installer did not deny they could have broken it, and was trying to find a replacement at a local wrecking yard, when Lisa said they would not replace it. Because of how rudely Lisa treated us, our entire extended family will move our business to the other OK Tire Store. I own and run a small business myself, and I would never treat a customer in the way we were treated. There are some wonderful, family owned tire stores in Salem. I suggest you use one of them and not take your business to Bob's.

I got my tired changed today at their shop. The owner and his staff are very friendly and efficient. They don't price gouge you like other places. They are just a bit under average when it comes to pricing. Their work is professional and they double check in what they are doing. Much appreciated 👍

Great place! Have been coming here for years and they have always been wonderful. Very friendly and helpful employees, quick and thorough service. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for tires. Their prices are always very fair. They made a lifelong customer out of me and I recommend them to anyone I know is looking for tires.

Oh?

Do I make an appointment to get my rear brakes done on a 2008 Kia Spectra or is this done on a walk in type basis? I usually just walk in for tires but not sure if brakes are same?

I'd call and ask if they have your brake type there and then I'm sure you could just come right in. They're really nice and accommodating.

How the trucks going ok

If you are asking about big heavy trucks I would say probably not to bring them to Bob's OK Tires because they may not have the right lifting equipment. They may be able to find and then sell you tires for a big truck. They are actually very good at locating used tires and then selling them to you at a reasonable and fair cost. Author's Note: I've noticed Bob's OK Tires in Salem, Oregon to be true, fair, and consistent through the years (1995 to now; 2020). This is most likely because it's almost all the same people running the shop and they do believe in fairness and quality of service.

How much do the tires price range start from?

Mary Hilliard | Aug 19, 2019
bri boucher | Aug 19, 2019

There not bad at all I've gotten tires there for 35$ never paid more then 50$. They are life savers! Other places are over a hundred sometimes. Bob's its the only place I've ever gotten my tires. Plus the staff treat there customers very well. They do a really good job and try there best, and they dont rip you off like other places.

Ken Campbell | Aug 19, 2019
Bob's OK Tire Store | Aug 19, 2019

Hi Ken, we do have used in stock but not trailer specific. What do you carry on or in the trailer ? If you need an actual trailer tire we need to change the size into a ST 225 75 15 which is a pinch taller than your 225 70 15. Let us know come down or give us a call Mike 503 588 2266
