I went here today because of being referred here. It was so nice and personable. They helped me find the perfect cartridges I wanted and answered all my questions I had. I will not go anywhere else now. Kaitlyn was our budtender and made my experience amazing!!!

After moving out to the River Road area naturally I didn't want to have to drive to Springfield (where my favorite store is located) but after the three experiences I had at this establishment. Not only were staff rude, the 2 gentleman were unknowledgeable. The customer service skills were alarmingly poor one of the men acting like it was such an inconvenience that that customers were asking them to get the items or ask content levels. Then the real icing on the cake for me was the fact that this is the most outrageously priced place I have ever been to.
