Hidden fees and refusal to return security deposits! I would give this place a no star rating if I could. We signed a long term rental agreement spanning 3 months, after stayed here for a month there were then extra fees tacked on to what we originally agreed upon bringing rent well over $1000 monthly. With this we relocated to another park breaking the rental agreement of three months early. We were told we would receive our security deposit back once our space was filled or when three months had passed.(we asked this specifically since we knew we were leaving before the three months) we were assured we'd receive our deposit back. We left our space spotless and three months later we are being told they will be keeping our deposit bcs we weren't there the full three months. We have stayed at multiple rv parks nation wide long term and this is the first experience we've had of this kind absolutely horrible do not recommend!

Very poor service! I applied for space and was denied for false reasons. Employment never verified, rent never verified! Not sure what the problem is there. I am very happy now that they denied me.

Nice, clean park. Very friendly neighbors with the exception of a few people I would stay away from. Nice pool. Great laundry room with blue tooth compatibility with an app on your phone. Lots of trees for nice shade throughout the day. Nice grassy area for a dog walk and for them to do their business. Nice grassy areas around every site. Wifi never worked, which made it difficult to do work stuff unless I bought Xfiniy, which I did not want to do. Shower houses were locked and appeared to never be used. Had to get keys from management if needed to be used. Overall, those were the only issues. I would recommend this park for a long term stay.

How much is your monthly fee
Generally they say 10 years ,but if your passing through, not trying to get full time space if your RV is I'm good condition they don't have a problem with age.
Hi Amber, Space Rent is currently $575 for the smaller spaces. Metered electric, and a flat rate charge for trash, sewer and city tax are extra. Give us a call about the small spaces or if you have any other questions. We'd love to hear from you.
I am thinking so, double check with management but I believe it is the standard 'socially thought of as aggresive breed' list.

Rolling hills is way more $600.00 per month and the trees drop sap all over your trailers and your vechiles..
