I went to Ross Upholstery a while ago because some seams in my driver's seat had come apart. The guys did a good job sewing everything back together and got the job done in a timely manner, but what I most appreciated was their professionalism when we had a miscommunication about the price. I'd accepted an initial quote, then was shocked upon picking up my car to receive a bill several times higher than what I'd been told to expect. I nervously went inside to inquire about what had happened, and the guy running things that day was very nice about the whole situation--turned out the bill had been miscalculated by a new employee who was still learning the ropes, so it was an easy fix in the end. We were both very happy to clear everything up and walk away mutually satisfied with the transaction, with no pushback from him or temper tantrums from me. It can be hard these days to find places that will fix your car without trying to manipulate you and squeeze more money out of you (especially if you're a woman), but Ross Upholstery is trustworthy and does right by its customers!
