Unfortunately, my first conversation was with Brandon that had a bad attitude with a aggressive tone, employee interaction is very important for this service industry.

Quoted me WAY too much for tires. Not sure why they would do that but both discount and some local shops by my house were 20+ a tire cheaper elsewhere. Adds up!

Phenomenal service! Walk in that Went for a random screw in tire. Young woman at the desk was very attentive and courteous. They had my car on the lift in about 35-45 minutes. I sat inside and the next thing I knew my car was sitting out front ready to go. All it needed was a patch., and instead of trying to get me to buy a new tire they took care of it and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME. This was the first time I had been in this location and it's not like I've spent a ton of money there, but they still took care of it for free. I guarantee I'll be going there for all my tire needs from now on. Thank you!

Many Thanks to Zack and Tony, for working with me. My Nissan Pathfinder was needing a Axel Boot replaced. There was a computer issue and she was not able to make that appt. for 7 weeks. They held onto the part, thankfully. As soon as she was operable they installed two days later. I appreciate there hometown professional service and integrity.
