I haven't been here for a few years, but it seem this is by far the worst PF I've been to. The equipment is worned out. It's definitely lively compared to the other one, but I think it's the closest and convenient one. PF is state wide, so you can't say they don't have money to repair and replace these equipment. Anyways, it's my opinion and I love PF.

It's very frustrating, when I started going to the gym it was 24 hours, that's what they sold me, a 24-hour gym, for a long time it was, and suddenly it wasn't working 24 hours anymore, they said it would be temporary but it's been months and even nothing now. I am very upset with the lack of respect for the customer coming from Planet Fitness(Dracut - Ma)

I used to go to Planet fitness recently out in Florida. Not one of the machines were out of service, not one of the machines were dirty, everybody out there whiped down the machines after use ( even Planet Fitness members would do it too instead of stay on the phones like some of the commentaries mentioned)....you never saw ripped seats, unbelievably clean and many many machines for pro lifters not just beginners at the Planet Fitness out in Florida. I have not been to this gym and I don't even want to go now after seeing the pictures here & the bad reviews on these issues and pictures are a thousand words! I do find it pretty sad when this Planet Fitness Place responds to the bad reviews they always have a remark but it doesn't seem like they have or want to come up with the proper solution.... just excuses...( stop telling people to contact the management that should be your responsibility after reading these reviews for all we know you are the management to this place responding back lol.... people can read right through your responses you know????... just because you respond back on a copy and paste it doesn't mean that people reading all these comments and reviews are going to find that acceptable!... clean up your act, fix the machines out of service clean your machines and make sure all your paper towels and disinfectant sprays are ready to go for your paying customers. In Florida & other states I've been to Planet Fitness is always super clean and I hope all the appropriate exercise machines and none of them were defective or out of order... you are making Planet Fitness look horrible! I for one will not sign up now after seeing all these reviews here and I'm sure that some 5 star reviews are not real! I'm giving 1 star only for what I've read here so far.... you just lost a future customer unfortunately, I will have to travel further to see the other Planet Fitness places. Reviews means so much to a new possible customer. Please management don't respond with an excuse back it won't help in this situation I have already read all the other responses you would give to people giving a negative review that was backed up by proof with pictures.

I used to like this gym but recently this gym is going down. No longer 24/7 , all the equipment out of service and so dirty . Get off your phones and keep this place clean .
