This is the only place we ever rent a car. Budget is more expensive and they require other credentials we don't have. Avis and the others are more expensive also. WE like Enterprise, They are always there to help if you need help on the road, just give them a call. And if they don't have the car you ordered when you come to pick it up they usually give you an upgrade so you can be on your way or get a special perk.

If I could use this place a zero, I would!! josh one of the employees that work there lied to me, and now refuses to answer the phone. Do not ever go to this location because the customer service here is trash.

Very disappointed with what I found out with this location. I was scheduled to return a car at 5pm on Saturday, which I did but was charged until 10:15am on Sunday when the car was checked in. When I called about it, I was told that this was Enterprises policy because I am responsible for the car until the next business day when the car is checked in. I asked, so if someone damaged the car after I dropped it off while it was sitting on your lot after I no longer had possession of the car I would be responsible for the repairs, and they said yes. I will no longer rent from this location or any Enterprise after finding this out. I was not told this when I rented the car or I would not not rented to begin with.

Yes, but you need most recent utility bill without outstanding balance, proof of full coverage insurance, recent paycheck stub and they will do an automatic hold for a deposit $150 plus rental car fees on the card. You can only rent certain vehicles with a debit card.
Very true I have had a reservation many times and they have had no car when I got there. PERSONALLY I now reserve thru Hertz RENTAL with much better results
