Got ripped off by Harold the retired transmission builder of Anderson. Police department isn't much help so I contacted Sacramento office about the issue. FYI Anderson is full of gang members and police are afraid of them.

I would like to make an incident report of someone getting into my and my wifes bank account. My wife has a serious dementia problem and asked a neighbor Susan Smith to get into our account at the bank by her computer. This person now has my bank information.
