Great concerts the other night at the fair. Both the Beatles tribute band and the Elton John tribute band were excellent. Especially Elton.

The entertainment was really good. I wish it had been inside of a building because sound would have been a bit better for them to hear us. The food was very pricey.

Well there's good news and bad news. Tickets are only 50 cents each. But you need 12 tickets for each ride. LOL.

Yes, the food at Benton county fair isn’t the least bit Nuevo. I look forward to the Lions club hot dog stand. It’s organized, fast, hot , and hits the spot w/the great self serve condiment bar. You have to get into the old school fair mentality, and I love the animals, that’s why I eat them.

No. There is not one at that location.
There are many Benton Counties in the US and we frequently get questions from folks who don't realize that we are in Corvallis, OR. Our Fair always ends on the first Saturday in August so the one you are thinking of, Rick, must be in another state. Hope you get to go and have fun.
I believe Oregon State Credit Union is planning one but we don't have the exact date yet.
There will be NO Benton County Fair & Rodeo this year. We're planning for 2022 and will be excited to see everyone!
No, there will not be a County Fair at Benton County, OR this year. We will be hosting some modified 4-H events though.
You have to call the office I don't know what the terms are right now. We were there last march.
Thank you Christine that is the correct answer. Service Dogs are allowed. 4-H Dogs are also at the Fair as this is their time to show what they have learned with their dogs. We do monitor this site but it's not a bad idea to check our actual website - www.bentoncountyfair.net or give us a call at 541-766-6521.
There is a shuttle the link is here: https://d38trduahtodj3.cloudfront.net/files.ashx?t=fg&rid=BentonCountyFair&f=Benton_County_Fair_Shuttle_2019(2).pdf Or go to BentonCountyFair.net - - Plan Your Visit - Public Transportation
Here's the formula - we end on the first Saturday in August -and start on the Wednesday before that - so sometime we're a July/August Fair and sometimes we're an all August Fair. For 2020 the dates are July 29-August 1.
NO, there is no charge for concert tickets and you cannot buy a better viewing seat. There is a seating area for Fair & Rodeo sponsors to the left of the stage but it does not have a better view.
Blake is right. We are a rental facility, so nothing is free EXCEPT when OSU pays for FREE car/rv day parking on GAME Day. It's, of course free to park when you come to do business with us and EVERY time a an event producer has free parking for their event - like the Winter Indoor Market, Friends of the Library Book Sale and Ski Swap for example.
Youth 6-16 are $5 at the Gate or $4 in advance and FREE all Day Wednesday
West Gate is open for early ticket sales for 4-H Shows - that is the gate off the Oak Creek Road entrance for Fair at 8 AM ( not 7 AM)
Yes, a couple weeks before fair time, or sooner.
Gary gave you great advice -checking our websites - we will have two in March 2019 bentoncountyfair.net will be our exclusive website for Fair and bceventcentercorvallis.net will be the year-round website - both will have Events.
Yes, they are aluminum bleachers, so bringing a pad is always a good idea for comfort.
We work with Howell Rodeo for our rodeos so you could start there - howellrodeo.com
Our website will always post Fair & Rodeo entertainers and price of admission which includes entertainment!
