If you’re looking for a great sales person talk to John Palumbo. He’s super nice, patient, and very helpful and understanding if you’re shopping with your little ones. He’s very prompt to respond and even helped us out a week after we took our truck home!

Ira really needs to figure out a better way of checking customers in. I waited 30 minutes to check in for my appointment. They have two service bays and absolutely no process for identifying the order cars arrive in. As a result someone who came in 7 minutes after me was welcomed for their appointment before me and exited before anyone even greeted me. At one point there were 5 people seated behind desks not helping a single person for a solid 8 minutes. When I expressed this to my service advisor they agreed with my frustration and said there's nothing they can do - they had no viable solution. I suggested that the gentleman who placed a rolled up floor and seat cover on my side mirror could assign numbers at that time but she said they couldn't get to this. In any event my car has less than 9k miles on it. I was noticing a weird smell from the air conditioner. After a technician looked at my vehicle they said they could do an AC flush but it wasn't covered by the warranty I purchased less than a year ago. When I asked about this they said the best they could do was 15% off the service. Sorry but considering the smell goes away when the car runs long enough -- which I had the pleasure of discovering as I waited 30 minutes to check in -- I'm all set. This experience this morning was absolutely horrible and I'm reminded of why I swore off ever getting my vehicle serviced there a few years ago.

Went in for a pre owned vehicle and had a great experience. I worked with Dave who was very quick to get my trade-in appraised and my paperwork done. Finance department was pretty fast and personable. Didn’t hide a bunch of fees in my breakdown and I feel like I got a smooth and fair deal. There are negative reviews for out of state deals but I’m a KY resident with other issues and they made it pretty seamless

Overall good experience. The buying process was smooth and easy. After receiving my vehicle, there was a problem that needed to be fixed so it got a bit rocky, however they got the work done. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase now. Thank you for making sure we were satisfied. They were professional and fast.
