I walked in a few minutes early and they took my vehicle right in. The service finished on time while I waited in the very comfortable lounge area. Service personnel were very friendly and polite. Getting your car fixed is like going to the dentist; but having the work done at Wiscasset Ford is an enjoyable experience.

If I could give NO stars I would. They put you in these vehicles, and then screws you over when they try to fix it. I have 3 family members that have taken their cars to Wiscasset Ford to be fixed. Each time they have had to bring it back MULTIPLE times because the problems wasn't fixed, done wrong or the parts they order didn't work. They actually ended up buying back one of the cars and putting my family member in a new one because it kept breaking down, while driving, WITH HER CHILD IN THE CAR. They say the parts are under warranty but the labor isn't. All they want to do is make money off of people. Customer service is the absolute worst, and the woman behind the counter, that you have to speak with at first knows NOTHING about what she is TRYING to talk about. I will NEVER EVER send anyone there to get a car, get work done, to even ask for a glass of water. This place is HORRIBLE! OH! And if you want a car fixed and USABLE in any less time than 3-4 weeks... This is NOT the place for ya!

I had a great vehicle buying experience here. They have no dealer or documentation fees. All employees I encountered at the dealership were great to meet and converse with. They completed dealer installed configurations within our agreed upon timeline. They gave me a trade in value for my used vehicle that I was proud of!! In my case, a 5 star experience at this Ford dealer so far!!!
