If I could rate a 0 I would. I went to this noodles & company on Wednesday 7/20. There were no other customers besides me there to order food. I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes to have my order taken. The girl that was working the register completely ignored me the entire time & did not take my order. She constantly gave me dirty looks while organizing the cups & straws. I was waiting patiently thinking maybe she’d help after she was done with what she was doing. I was wrong. She proceeded to just stand there looking at her phone & ignore me. I even asked if she was going to take my order & she didn’t say a word. I walked out due to the service I did not receive. I have never experienced such poor customer service like this. I’ve had friends who have stated they’ve had a similar experience at this location. We will never be back to this location. To the curly haired girl with the rbf, you should not be working customer service if you can’t acknowledge your customers.

Came with my family, paid $72 for food that tasted pretty mediocre. But what really disappointed me is their use of plastic containers for everything - and we dined in, this was not a to-go order. Made for the ambiance of a fast food burger joint. What a waste! Nowadays everybody seems to try to avoid unnecessary trash and live as green as possible, so I feel like Noodles & Co is clearly not in touch. I will not support this company any longer.

I love this place and would absolutely recommend to anyone! I've never had a bad dish from this place. They are always fast and courteous with everything. This last visit, they felt like the were taking long (I didn't think they were) but they offered a couple treats for my kiddos. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to noodles and Company for years now. I love the chicken pesto cavatappi and their traditional mac & cheese. The food is always good, and comes out in a timely manner. The staff is always super nice, the restaurant is clean. If you go during the busy time, recommend using the app to order your food ahead of time.
