Linda, yes, we do accept 1 pet up to 25 lbs.

If you are at least 62 years old, it is about a 12-18 month wait. If you are under 62 and disabled, it is a 3-4 year wait.

From our Community Policies: Firearms, Weapons, Dangerous Objects and/or Materials: The use of any type of weapon, firearm, or dangerous object is strictly prohibited within the boundaries of the property. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: 1. Shotguns, pistols, rifles, etc.; 2. Ammunition of any type; 3. Pellet guns, BB guns, air guns (pistols, rifles, etc.) of any type; 4. Archery equipment (bows, arrows, targets, etc.); 5. Any and all types of sling shots or any device that could shoot a projectile; 6. All sword/knife type pointed objects used with the intent to threaten, intimidate or harm another; and 7. Any and all types of explosives, fireworks, and explosive chemicals.
