Used to love BB&B. Now hardly any inventory, they want to order it for you online. I want to see it in person ( yes, I'm old)! No electric can openers, was told by the clerk, people don't use them anymore. If I didn't need one, I wouldn't be looking for one. Any way, disappointed with the experience.

Good quality stuff. However, just to walk out with bedding could cost you $500 to $600 . That's a high price for people who are struggling here in Maine. The store needs lower budget options.

A very nice store. Well organized and stocked (for the most part). The customer service was top notch, and for a retail store that is really saying something. My biggest issue: the store is called "Bed, Bath & Beyond", yet there is next to no bathroom products there. One small section. The rest of the store is kitchen, storage, and cleaning. Makes no sense to me. Its to the point where everything I need to purchase is only available online. Whats the point of a retail store if they never have the products you want ?
