The proprietor has been inconsiderate on multiple occasions. His rude and derogatory demeanor is consistently on display. If you are lucky then you won’t have to interact with him. He is better off staying in the back and allowing his staff to be the face of the business.

My wife and I recently decided we wanted to update our wedding rings to coincide with our anniversary. We wanted to find a place where we could not only purchase nice rings, but also sell some family rings to put towards the purchase. Keith Field ended up being the perfect place where we were able to accomplish both things! The staff there were kind, knowledgeable and it felt really good to support a local business. Wonderful jewlery store in downtown Brunswick, my family has been coming here for many years. Its family owned and run and this gives you a nice feeling when you visit. There are unique pieces that Keith has created as well as traditional styles as well. Recently I went in after receiving an invitation to one of his events for the holiday season. I purchased a pair of Tahitian pearl earrings which are so beautifully made and round. He has a great selection of Maine tourmaline and silver jewelry also.

I have bought a number of pieces of jewelry here, including a wonderful tourmaline pendant for my wife at Christmas. They are both highly competent and honest. You will not get the smiling B.S. sales personalities that the chain stores specialize in, so if that is of paramount importance, go elsewhere.
