A nice ride up to the Nehalem peak of the trail towards Vernonia which is about 1/2 way to there. The trail can be a bit steep and there are areas that are a bit of a rough ride due to broken up asphalt in stretches.

Great trail Runs from Chapman landing to Vernonia Old rail road route Has been turned into a great asset that is realatively under used! Gets rougher as you bike toward Vernonia 20+ miles away! If you hike it or bike bring water and lunch! Blue room at Chapman landing Parking Designated CZ trail head inside city limits has paved parking and real bathroom
