Buying a car is normally an utter ordeal. We'd been putting it off as long as possible, but finally our little family fleet became so unsuited for our evolved needs that we were forced to go find a new rig. We went to Power Buick and met Daniel Bonzi, who changed our entire attitude on the car buying experience. Daniel became a collaborative partner, helping us to find the right vehicle to fit our lifestyle and needs. He was kind, funny, respectful and went the extra mile for us in a way I'd never experienced before. He let us take two vehicles to our own mechanic to have them thoroughly checked out. That ended up playing a key role in what vehicle we ultimately selected. Having the vehicles overnight allowed us to go through them ourselves without any rush or pressure. In the end, we found a 2016 Jeep Cherokee that fit exactly into the family's needs. I cannot speak highly enough of Daniel Bonzi. He is not a traditional high-pressure, say-anything to get the sale type of salesman. He worked with us, facilitating our search. As we went through this process, he became a friend. Because of Daniel, this was easily the best car buying experience we've ever had. My twenty-four year old daughter will need a car soon, and we intend to go through Daniel again when that time comes. Thank you Daniel! The Jeep's been a tremendous addition to the family--and Gwen & Sylvie love it too!

Ordered a pickup in October from Power GMC in October. Late January I contact them to see if they had updates on my order and they tell me it will be ready next week. They didn't bother to give me any notice of the pickup being ready soon, I had to contact them I also paid an extra $60 for salmon plates and got sent standard tree license plates. Contacted the dealer to let them know and they said someone is looking into it. 3 months later never heard from them and still never received the plates I paid for.

It's 50/50 it could be a fuel pump issue. Or you might have to pay some one to take apart the dash and resolder the file Gage or the "fuel level sensor." But a good Saturday job
