Cleanest laundromat I’ve been to, the owner is actually there and greeted me. Felt pretty safe compared to some other places I’ve been to.

Cleaner than some other places. Machines seem newer. Felt safe. Debit card on everything is handy, but at least 2 card readers didn’t work on washers. Definitely check if card reader works before putting in laundry and detergent. Detergent is purchased in tiny packets for $1 in quarters which sucks, so buy detergent at Target nearby first. It’s about $5 to run a small load. About $10 for a large load - felt really extortiony. Dryers are cheap though: $0.25 per 7 minutes on high. Takes about 75 cents for a mid size load. Clothes folding tables are nice. Attendant wiped down machine tops and asked if I needed help.

I have gone back here many times, and even when it wasn't Jose, the attention to cleanliness and great service was evident. But again, I find Jose a very pleasant, informative person; he likes his job and respects everyone. I had a LOAD of blankets, rugs, and other big bulky stuff. The manager came right over and gave me a mask, as I had forgotten again (the third time that day)! He was not pushy, with that power attitude that some managers take. He actually had to put down the hammer with a few people who weren't following policy, and then he kept apologizing for having to do his job. And he does his job very well. He greeted every person who came in, came to their aid swiftly if there was a problem, and was just generally very nice and efficient.

In the last two years I've been coming here at least 4 times out of the year to conduct business. The gentleman that does the washing folds been there for a while. Good worker always on time and I get my clothes back fast. Couple weeks ago I heard some yelling at I'm assuming it was the lady boss. I was sitting outside in my vehicle and about to walk in & overheard a lady yelling on top of her lungs at someone in back of the building. I heard all the activations yelling towards someone. And a few minutes later the gentleman walking out the building and he drove off. Personally that is very unprofessional as what I heard coming from the back. If the owners knew how she talked and treats her employees I believe that she should not be in command. For that reason she's losing a loyal customer that been coming there for 4yrs. Just imagine if she treats her employees that way who else would she treat her customers.!!!.
