This is a mobile home park on regular city streets near where I live. The homes are well maintained and yards are kept mowed and tidy. Each house has either a car or our has converted it to a garage. My only issue is those illegally parking on street corners making it hard to pull out from side streets. (Maybe yellow could be painted on the curbs) Also, people in the neighborhood (not necessarily those living in Windstone but generally those driving to pass along the main street through Windstone) zoom through. I would hate to suggest speed bumps, but they might be necessary

Way over priced and not a friendly place. Constantly raising prices and treating it like an apartment complex even though people are buying their homes

Nice community, friendly neighbors. The management is very rude, not very helpful. Horrible with the occupants. My mother has lived here for 12 years and it was great until they brought in a new manager 2 years ago. Now most people want sale and move out.
