No way to file a complaint against the mayor. You call and ask for papers. They just say to email him. What a joke. Many people are upset with what’s happening to the city. Fix what’s broken before you bottle neck the town for the entire summer.

They never helped me
The primary is July 14. She can request one online from the State of Maine Secretary of State. She can call the city clerk to request one. And now, after July 8, if she can get to City Hall she can vote early in person.
You may have to have them sign over their partial ownership of the car to you. Call the Clerk

Yes ive done it before. Be sure they arrive with all of the proper paper work. May not be able to do a new registration as signatures are needed. If renewing you may find it easyer to do a rapid renewal on the state of maine website
