Took our F 150 in for 30,000 mile service and a cabin filter change and was pleased with time to complete the work. The complimentary wash was a nice plus. While I understand the push to sell extra services ($), I was surprised at the recommendation to flush front and rear differential lube at 30,000 miles. Ford recommends 100,000 miles unless the truck has seen “- - heavy load full throttle towing” which this truck has not seen. At $310 quoted for this service I would expect the service writer to at least explore how the truck has been used before making a blanket recommendation to flush and change the lube.
