I have had no working heat pumps for 9 days. It is 15 degrees outside.. When the 2nd heat pump stsrted to malfunction I turned it off and instead of fixing them for me they started fixing pumps in the apartments next to me that are not being lived in. I was yelled at for turning off the second pump and so I left it on last night and my apartment is still freezing downstairs. I feel it is unsafe electrically to run a faulty pump but i don't want to get yelled at again by Alicia. These landlords are terrible at communicating and it feels like they don't care about the comfort or safety of their tenants.. I can'twait to move!!

I had lived in Brunswick landing for a few years and I enjoyed my stay. Although the maintenance team could definitely grow on their knowledge, the housing office was filled with delightful individuals. The one that helped me the most was Alysha (not sure if I spelled her name correctly.) I was in a situation where I got screwed over badly by a pair of old petty roommates who chose to be deceitful and moved out behind my back. They tried hard to get off the lease too and make it to where I was living on the streets. It’s truly sucks that disgusting actions were taken but in the end, I hope those two grow and learn from their mistakes. Anyways, Alysha worked with me well and let me know of the options I had. She even was wonderful and helped extend the move out date so I had more time, since the housing market was quite horrible during the time. It’s still the middle of a pandemic and winter, so it’s too be expected. She is a hardworking, wonderful, kind individual and I appreciate all the help she provided during such a hectic time.

Alysha was flexible, very helpful, and accommodating. She worked extremely hard to help us when we had delays and issues moving in, and helped us when we had to move out due to unfortunate roommate circumstances. We had issues with some maintenance, and bulk trash was a bit inconsistent with an e-mail that I got, but my experience with Alysha made up for it in the end.

This place seems to be one of the most favorable places to rent in Brunswick. There are plenty of opportunities for shopping and entertainment within walking distance, and plenty of safe bicycle routes. The staff has always been helpful in so many ways, and have always replied to any questions or requests in a timely manner. Amber has always been genuinely kind and always attentive. It's really nice to work with someone like her, who sincerely loves their job and loves people, too.
