I used to love coming to this Starbucks but not anymore. They changed their staff and they're incredibly rude and take forever to make a drink. The manager there was rude to me and hid my drink from me and I had to ask another employee for my drink because she didn't want to give it to me. I've had employees who I've approached nicely asking for my order and they will tell you " move or get out of the way". Don't come here in fact go to the Starbucks in target they do a better job

It's was cool no drive thru and I mean I was the only person at this location... Only reason I didnt go to the one in Target is because I could not order ahead at the one in Target!! W/e f the target one bristal and 17th with the biz

Strike 6 you're out. The first three items I ordered they didn't have. Drinkable yogurt (nope), Sous Vide Egg White (sorry, but we have the other kind), multi-grain bagel (oops, sorry). That's 3 strikes, but they weren't done yet. Then they made me a pretty bad White Chocolate Mocha (it blew), strike 4. I will say there were plenty of seats and plugs which allowed me and my friend to get work done comfortably. Then I made the mistake of having to go to the restroom. One had a coded lock and the other one didn't which seemed odd to me, so I went in the one that didn't to find an out of order sign on the stall door. So I went and got the code easily from the staff and went into the other restroom to find a very unpleasant toilet. I basically had to clean it up myself to use it. It was pretty clear nobody had cleaned it in a while judging by the mess and how dirty the floor was (strike 5 and 6). Overall this location has potential, it seems to be a good space and you can sit enjoy your coffee or work here pretty comfortably. But, there are some clear management issues. C'mon Starbucks.
