Such attitude!! This place not only is so freaking rude like they are doing you a favor by taking your order... And don't even try to get ANY modification, your will get even more attitude, possibly wrong change (as they've given me twice now... More than $2 missing), and they probably won't do the MOD... Oh and good luck speaking to the manager... The one "lady" that it's manager that I've seen is very rude when you try to get your food done correctly... Even with the old order, receipt, and card that was used... On top of that, their customer service doesn't do squat besides take a "report." Just go too a different del taco, everyone. This one isn't good at all.

$7.20 for 1 spoon of ingredients on "Fully loaded nachos". I got the carne asada & there was literally only 2 pieces of meat in there. This is ridiculous. Guy refused to take it back & refund it as I paid on the Del Taco app. Never ordering on their app again

Would not give copy of receipt after order wasn't correctly filled and time for service was over 20 minutes in drive through. If a manager is reading this it's 1:30 am on Thursday the 17th and I can't tell who served me or even the store number because again, I was not given a receipt, but your staff on this shift isn't performing. There is a crazy long line and it's not because it's just busy.
