Worse place ever, they never friendly

One of the guy that works here tends to constantly say no to the big gulp prices and insists the only way to get the deal is if I use my accumulated posts. I've gone to other locations where the cashier will try and say the same thing until another cashier overhears the conversation and says all they have to do is select a button on the machine... but for some reason, this guy won't do it. Its unfortunate that the powerade wasn't available at my other locations I frequent. Would have preferred going elsewhere. Even drove out of the way for this location only to get slammed with this. Its a shame that either not all workers are up to date on policy or procedure or they just don't want to offer advertising costs... I literally went to another 7 eleven yesterday and got the deal honored, but then again I was at one of my favorite locations, that had a worker that knows what he is doing. More often than not, it tends to be the exact same guy that does this. When I go to this location and there is a different cashier, they honor the deal. SMH with that guy that works the night shift
