Received a request to contact Officer Timothy Wolf, due to me being "so close on your travel permit however it’s still not filled out properly. please try again. the state and zip for depot bay are incorrect." Note, Depoe Bay is not spell as "Depot". I don't even live in Idaho, but have always lived in Texas. They then blame it on it being an automatic system that sends it out for them, because there are so many on probation. Being an automated system, I decide to try and contact them with all these scams going on. They just refuse to listen to a person, and are rude. You ask to speak to the Supervisor, who then supports the rude Officer that I spoke with. The Supervisor said that the Officer never raised his voice, because he was standing next to him. Note, the original Officer had hung up on me. The Supervisor demanded that I didn't speak over him, and nothing could be done. That just shows how Officers are not workers of the People, but for themselves. They don't want to help you or take a chance of even apologizing, but hanging up on you. Remember that they are workers of and for the People and not our Bosses.
