Always clean, and open area for shopping, with many selections of each product type. Location is what greatly benefits me from this store in particular. If you're in a hurry where else ya gonna go in Westbrook to grab suitable name brand dress clothes? No where. It's the only place. Also they are an Amazon.com return station for items going back to Amazon for online purchases, so that's pretty sweet. Now my gripe: I HATE their business model. Pretty much everything I've ever seen here cost $40. I actually call it the Forty-Dollar Store in casual conversation. Kohl's has these sales vouchers called Kohl's cash, so if you go there a lot you can save all these "$10 on your next purchase" vouchers and I'm sure they can add up quickly, but I just don't like playing games with my money. The problem is that you can just use them whenever. You go in at a certain time on certain days on certain weeks and you can use the vouchers to knock a few dollars off the $40 items you stack up, and all the middle-aged women go bananas, lining up at the door... I don't have time or patience (or the memory) to play this game.

Always love kohl's!! The staff is continuously friendly and helpful, the store is always in great condition and well kept and easily accessible to sections. I am a big fan of sales and finding good items and am never unhappy with what I find at kohl's. Nothing bad to say as I will continue to be a repeat customer

They also clean the registers frequently and also 6 foot distancing. Pretty much what everyone else is doing

I'm at a loss here. I don't have any idea what the return policy is and am guessing you would have to get the manufacturer to answer questions as you've had it so long. Sorry.
