Stay away. Shady tactics. They don't back their products. Greedy owner.

So far, mediocre system experience, helpful in-person service. Switched to M-PCS just before I went south of the border, based on a friend's recommendation and basically had data so slow as to be non-existent (yes, roaming was on), and that continued once I crossed the border, for about 3 hours, until I was almost home (yes, I restarted my phone), and the M-PCS guy that set me up checked my calling and data ability before I left. Luckily, I downloaded the offline Google Map of the area I needed before I left home. I went straight to an open M-PCS store where someone re-entered the correct settings for the correct SIM card... that issue solved... The number porting team needed to talk to me and the robotic voice-tree system helpfully made me endure listening to all my choices, and when I first asked for a human, the robotic voice-tree assured me that it could help me if I just give it more information, and when I did, it told me to call the number, I'm assuming was the same number I just called... After re-dialing, I was assured that I'd be connected with a human, then I got hung-up on... Now I'm getting more angry but on my third time trying to reach a human, I finally get someone who actually helps me, then as she was waiting to verify that what she fixed (old/wrong zip code), stuck, I got hung-up on again, and I'm sure she didn't mean to, and I figured that if there was still a problem, someone would call me, yet again (I received several voicemails from this team once I crossed the border back into the U. S.). === Update 5/23/22 I've stayed pretty much north of the border and in person customer service has to been great. Apparently the only way to test my service south of the border is to actually try it when it doesn't matter, and I just arrange things so I don't use my phone... TJ doesn't really count.

I went in to this establishment to see if they had a plan cheaper than what I was paying somewhere else. Rosario, the sales associate, offered me the $25 per month plan for 2 years since I brought in my own device. So I paid it and after about an hour wait time and entering my pin # about 20 times, I finally got service on my phone. The next morning, no internet and no phone service. I went back to the store. A different sales associate had to call corporate and I was told that if I still didn't have service after half an hour that the problem was my device and I should call the corporate office myself, there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund and again I was told to call corporate. Kind of hard to call corporate with NO PHONE SERVICE! After buying a new phone and getting ripped off with the minutes because the sales associate at WalMart said they were compatible with the new phone and they weren't I ended up having to go back to my old phone carrier and paying $90 to re-activate my phone. The sales associate there told me that all Metro had to do was set up the APN(???), something like that, and they knew how to do it because he used to work there!! T-Mobile is the biggest rip-off and needs to be shut down!! I filed a complaint with the BBB and I highly suggest that anyone else who has experienced this kind of nightmare with Metro by T-Mobile do the same.

STAY AWAY They sold me a New Phone with a Cracked Screen for $150. We went back 10 minutes later and they would not do anything and said we had to buy another one. Bad Customer Service

The plan we have is $10 per line per month. It is month to month.
