So frustrated with this company! The driver said he attempted to deliver my package three times and he never even attempted ONCE! I live in an apartment complex where I was home all day every single time and I would have heard the buzzer being pressed to my door. The women I spoke with on rhe phone was rude and basically said they weren't going to attempt to deliver it again and I would have to pick it up.

Ordered 4 items valued at $76 total Never received yet got a notice that it was delivered? The company has been notified and an investigation is in process. No reply received yet? I believe that the lazy carrier just dropped it off somewhere? Wonder if I'll get an answer from the company? Not happy.

Terrible customer service. Driver never attempted to see if we were home upon delivery, when I was. This local facility called me a liar 3 times, only option was we could come in and pick up the package or they would redeliver. The local facility called me back 26 minutes after I made my first call, refused to contact the driver to reattempt delivery, so we attempted to come back between the times they said twice, first time "driver wasn't back", second time, "it was already on a trailer to be sorted", and after many more issues was told "it would now be delivered the next day". When I looked at the tracking info the next day, see that this facility returned the package to sender, without our permission, and submitted the request as our request to return. I called UPS only be to told that they will not deliver the package or try to intercept and fix the issue, until we contact the business we purchased it from to intercept. Not trustworthy, falsify documents upon driver delivery attempt, and falsify documents in facility by creating a 'return package to sender' tag, without request or permission. All done intentionally by this facility, because they got yelled at for calling a customer a liar. And yelled at again for not trying to help, and again calling someone a liar. When you call UPS they just say sorry that happened to you, nothing we can do.

This has happened to me as well. In the poring rain too!!!! Documents!! I even have a sign that says don’t leave here!!

I usually see trucks leaving building around 8 in the morning but I can imagine when your package would be there depends on where you are in their route
Saturday delivery trucks go out today. If you have Saturday or priority delivery or its an air package itl go out today. Memorial day only effects monday. You could have picked it up today if you notified ups that youl pick it up yourself instead of having a delivery but you would have had to do that yesterday cause it's already getting sorted. It would have had to have a hold label on it this morning. More than likely its on the truck that delivers to your house already but unless it's one of the 15 trucks going out today, you won't see it till Tuesday. What'd you order? Copy of the helping friendly book?
