This location is really good and the stuff are really friendly. I really recommend this place. Change mi mind. I went this May 2022 and the lady who is working here is really rude with the customers. The app said the pizza is ready when you enter to the store you need to wait more time.

I've done a delivery order on a Saturday/Friday 4 times in the past 2 months all before 11:00PM. Each time my order is cancelled and I'm just told "we closed early"... Change your hours online if that's the case. Or perhaps the Franchise Owner should take a hard look at who they are staffing / what they are paying their staff..

I typically don't leave a review unless it's really bad/good. This is the really bad. I have already left a similar complaint on the Tell Us How We Did feedback, but not as detail as this one. Ordered extra cheese and the pizza has normal cheese amount. Called the store to complain and spoke with Michael. He said he used the right amount of cheese when he made my pizza. I told him it didn't look like extra cheese, more like regular. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he's the manager. However, he also said something surprising. He said that his manager told him recently (I think he said in the morning) that he hasn't been using enough cheese and that he needed to. What the heck! He had to be told by another manager to use more cheese. Ridiculous! I'm assuming Michael is an assistant mgr. This store has been hit or miss when it comes to cheese, even when you order extra cheese. There had been times where there was so little cheese that you can see the sauce on the pizza, like a third of the pizza. Depending on the egregiousness and honestly my mood, I sometimes don't bother to complain. I certainly didn't expect to get a response like that from a 'manager'. I understand now why I had this issue seeing that some have also complained about the lack of cheese and toppings. Definitely won't be ordering from this store anymore.

Food is fine, for chain pizza of course. I very much dislike this staff though. They constantly have attitude and are unprofessional. Between closing earlier than posted hours and begging for tips when you don’t tip enough.
