Ordered lunch through my job and ordered a chicken bowl and this is what I received. Where is any of the rice or anything else??? How is this a bowl??? I paid $12 for some chicken and tomatoes seriously?? Will not go back to this location outside of work and will not order again through work.

Decided to return to BJs after a long hiatus. Used to love their deep dish pizza, so we splurged for a large BJ's favorite with extra cheese, and extra toppings. Never before ordered a $56 pizza! We were sad to receive a pizza crust with almost no sauce, few toppings, and almost no cheese. I stopped by the next day and spoke with the manager, who took my order number and email and stated that she would review it with the kitchen staff, as it appeared the kitchen goofed and gave me light toppings instead of the extra I ordered. I was told I would be contacted, but sadly I never was. Happy to see that they are so busy again, but sad that the quality has declined so much.

Service was awful. It toolk them 50 mint to bring food. When they brought it. Food was cold. Manager did not do anything. I would not recommend this particular branch. In photos please look at the lettuce and chicken was completely dry.

So we just spent the whole weekend packing and moving. We haven't unpacked a thing. Thought we'd sit down and enjoy a meal in the new place, after working all day.... ordered some food, including a strawberry pizookie. For a 67$ bill we received some food. No utensils like we requested to ya know, maybe eat our food with? And we received a plain cookie. No strawberries. No ice cream. And our whole order of food is messed up, including to the small point of the pizza toppings. Thank goodness my partner just has an aversion to tomatoes, not an allergy.. We try calling to resolve this issue and they can't be bothered to answer the phone. Ridiculous.
