This is the worst experience I’ve ever encounter. Our clothes wasn’t washing and we told the worker who stood there and said she couldn’t do anything just let it run.. I let her know in the past they have been able to stop my clothes, without knowing who I was speaking about she said oh she’s new and said she has rules. When my brother tried to ask again to remove his clothes and he pushed the emergency button, she slap my brother’s hand away- of course I reacted and started telling her that it was not okay to put her hands on anyone. I told her to give me a number to her manager and she said she couldn’t that they are not able too. I looked on their website and found a number but Marcela and she let me know she is not in charge of this location. The worker also treated to not give us our money back and said I was lying when she hit my brother.

Extremely clean... lady was consistently walking around sweeping and wiping down machines. Free restroom and free WiFi. Parking was easy. 3 large TV'S but obviously only playing Spanish channels. They even have a two 90lb washing machines. I will return here again. A+
