Positive: The room was clean and fresh especially for being a beach front hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was on point. I had a beautiful view of the ocean and really liked the fact that the room had a balcony. Negative: At the time I was there, only one elevator was working and at times there was a wait. Both guests and hotel staff were using the one elevator.

Other than the design of the bathroom being a little wonky(hard to use the toilet with the door in your way) our stay was wonderful! Jessica checked us in (also the GM) & was wonderful at explaining everything & made my kids feel special by giving them stickers since they were so quiet. She recommended Sam & Omies for being adult & kid friendly only a 7 minute walk from the hotel! Amazing food! Housekeepers were all so nice. Direct beach access was great & we had a beautiful view of the beach from our room. Can't wait until we can go back!

Entire staff was fantastic. Even super friendly with my dog. Everyone was so welcoming. Made you feel like you were coming home when you walked in the door. The cleaning crew had their hands full but everything was kept incredibly clean. Wish the rooms would have had USB ports for phone charging (only because I forgot my plug-in) but I made due in the car. The only other thing I question was the 2 "double" beds in my room. They certainly didn't look or feel big enough to be double beds. Maybe "super single" but in any case, they were really comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay with you again.

First great location. However this hotel is showing signs of much needed upgrades and renovations. One of the two elevators actually works. The functioning elevator is slow and overused. I had a top floor ocean view room, a fantastic view. Again the furniture and everything inside is showing wear.
