Thieves! I WAITED 2 WEEKS for a response before I posted this review. This is the second time I have been stolen from here. Upon realizing this I was forced to return to the shop because no one would answer my simple question, followed by continuous yelling and hang ups. Im sorry, pretty sure my money was good... So i go back to the store and... Seriously, a 12$ invoice has a store manager (terry) cursing and threatening me in his store WITH MY 12 YEAR OLD.???? Are you kidding me? I did not curse first but I definitely did after Terry began. Then threatening to "lets take this across the street" in front of my son. Did I mention, this guy does not know me? As I exit and leave to my car (after the refund is slammed on the table at me) he continues to follow me in a threatening manner... This all occurred after my original purchase when he quoted me 2 differerent prices for the same part # and he kept saying their was some imaginary dealer price. He DID NOT OFFER me the cheapest in stock which there were 2 in stock (I checked online when I returned home 10 minutes later) - part #45358 was in stock for 8.37 and part #13779 for 10.59 was in stock... Somehow i received part #45779 which is 3 dollars more expensive than the cheapest... Since I was to receive a 40% discount on this (mechanic discount with an open account.. Paid in cash btw) you can see that this genius did not want to lose 40% on a ten dollar ticket... TEN DOLLARS MADE HIM "adjust" a ticket (aka stealing in the world I have been living in for 35 years, anyway)... what will he do to your REAL money? Go anywhere else unless you personally know the manager or owner... Also .. It simply goes against me asking for cheapest part which would have been 45358 or 13779, respectively. WAITED 2 WEEKS TO POST THIS There has been no return on this complaint from 2 weeks ago. I made sure this review was not in a fit of rage and tried to handle it in-house... Laurie Reinholdt is where the buck stopped. She is obviously above responding to these type of complaints. She was contacted by corporate and has sat on the issue for 8 days. Don't bother unless you know them, you are not valued as a customer
