This place is absolutely amazing! From challenging your super broke "old pro" trail horse to your "never left the farm" greenie, there is something for everyone. You won't find radical, dangerous activity on these trails, people are kind, cautious and respectful. The obstacles are safe and easily maneuvered while offering your horse the opportunity to think and focus on foot placement. I love the variety here, it is truly worth every penny. My final accolade for Perrydale is the wonderful stewardship of the facility owner and her assistants; they truly insure a safe, educational and fun experience!!

This is always a fun venue with the horses! Great obstacles for all experience levels, trails to just "ride", lovely scenery and Rebecca is such a nice person!

Fantastic place to expose your horse to lots of different things that you'd find on the trail & things you wouldn't. Lots of room for parking, facilities are clean & even a nice area to warm your horse up. The owner Rebecca is wonderful.

I do not allow cantering on our courses. We are all natural AND a farm, meaning there are random mice, gopher holes, and uneven footing. Our little business is designed for people to work their horses on obstacles, unique terrain, and scenarios typically seen on a trail.
I have a two horses but one of them recently broke her leg and the other one is unbroken.
Per the law, 17 year old and younger riders must wear helmets. For all other ages it is recommended but certainly not required.
