Had a 9:00 appointment, at 9:15 My stylist had yet to arrive. Another stylist came and told me that she would be arrive in about 15 minutes I departed. I find it rude and as of yet no one has reached out.

I went to this salon for a balayage/haircut (online said $135 - they charged me $195) and my hair was 100% naturally dirty blonde with no dye in it whatsoever. I left with hair that looked like I had once bleached my entire head and then never redid my roots in years and a choppy haircut. It was absolutely terrible. I made a complaint to their customer service as well as the manager, explaining that I had paid to have my hair fixed elsewhere, and all they offered to do was fix my hair (that was clearly already done as I told them). As if I was going to trust anyone in that salon to touch my hair again. I suppose if I had went in with anger and rudeness they may have refunded my money, but instead I was calm and polite speaking to the manager and customer service rep - so I got nothing. I’m writing this review so that you don’t also end up spending $195 for your hair to look like you haven’t dyed it in years. Attaching photos of what my hair looked like AFTER I got it done at Hair Cuttery, before I had gotten it fixed less than a week later.🙄

I'm incredibly dissatisfied. I didn't realize my hair looked so choppy while I was there, but my friend took the photo I'm posting with this review. I specifically asked for a V shape cut with long layers, but this is what I got instead. It looks horrible. I also received a waxing service while I was there and upon arriving home, I realized that incredibly patchy work was completed and there's definitely still hair present. I want to count on their "smile back guarantee" but I don't trust going back a second time, and I definitely don't recommend coming here.
