Opened a new business with a very large sign on road front and on building. Post office said packages were undeliverable because there was no “approved” mailbox by the road. WAs told that packages haven’t been delivered to this address is ten years. There’s a small mailbox next to the door with large print address labels. These packages will not fit in any mailbox, need delivery to the front desk inside. Post office never called to let me know there was a delivery issue and returns packages after one day. Not happy at all with the lack of customer service.

usually reasonable. Today got a notice that they could not access my driveway to deliver a package. Total BS. My drive is always open. Package was delivered next day. Still no idea what happened. I wish the govt. would fund the USPS properly...it's such an important service. Local service is usually fairly good, and workers pleasant to deal with.

I'm not going to mention names but there's a young lady there who makes it clear through her behavior and customer interactions that she absolutely hates her job. She's one of the most combative unhelpful people I've ever come in contact with and this is not based on a one-time experience. I have to go to this post office almost daily for my business and I have yet to see one time where she was helpful or even pretended to be happy.
