Repeatedly ignored by the server, yelled at by the owner, after which he offered to simply stop preparing the birthday party for the 5 year old and her friends. Avoid at all costs. "Short staffed" actually means customers do NOT matter here, nor is repeat business something they care about. Remember to tell Mike I told you to steer clear if you expect service at all.

To start, if I ever leave a review, it’s only been a positive one. always felt guilty about leaving a bad one. Not this time. I truly don’t understand the good reviews left about this place. We were moved to a different lane halfway through a game…to a broken lane. Each time we had to reset, we needed assistance from staff and good luck finding anyone to help in under 15 minutes. I have never been treated so disrespectfully, either. All I asked for was for a lane that worked, and the eye roll and attitude I got was…just mean. Never again. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Excellent candle pin bowling alley. Lanes and machinery functioned perfectly for all 7 lanes my company used. Pizza was delicious. Staff was prompt, friendly and overall awesome. Will come back a million more times.
