The trainer of our dog, Rebecca, was abusive and neglectful. Our dog came back severely dehydrated, and had open wounds. The owner Rick was horribly unprofessional about the whole situation, including disregarding efforts to amend the situation. Please, do not send your dogs here. (edit) I included the pictures due to the response from the owner, just as more evidence. Rick has also been e-mailed multiple times and has yet to respond. Edit to reply on 9/6/21: Can you please explain how something is "non factual information" if I have 1) multiple records of the abuse that occurred, and 2) timestamps and screenshots of emails, I am confused as how you thing this is "slanderous" as it is all true. Thank you.

I came in uncertain if my terror of a border collie, Abby, was going to take to the training program. Past experiences had not stuck with her very well. I had been recommended by a friend to check out Tampa Bay K-9 Solutions. I gave them a call and set up a consultation. I was warmly greeted by the Operations Manager, Rebeccah, and quickly felt that I had made the right decision. I was shown the various training options that were available, as well as, examples of other clients who were in similar situations to me. I was sold right then and there. The level of passion they have and care they provide is top notch. At the end of the course I felt as though I was taking home a whole new dog. The owner, Rick, broke down with me a post-training routine to help retain what Abby had learned. The difference in obedience and behavior was like night and day. I am beyond thankful for all their hard work and would recommend them to anyone looking for training. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

I am late in posting this, but K-9 solutions really turned everything around for my pup. Before going to training, Callie had zero recall and would jump on anyone/anything whether on or off leash. K-9 solutions gave us back control and now Callie can come when called, she is amazing on leash, and can even do off leash walks! She still is her crazy and spunky self, but she doesn’t jump on people and even knows “place” which is insanely awesome! If you are hesitant on training, do it! The people here are just the most caring and honest people! They tell you how it is, and don’t promise anything they cannot deliver. I am so grateful to this entire staff and will be using their doggy daycare side as well!

The team at tbk9s are amazing! They are professional both in dog training and in customer service. We enrolled our dog in the 3 week day training program as he would pull, lunge, jump on people, and not listen. He is now one of the most well behaved dogs I know, and didn't lose any of his fun personality in the process. Well worth the money spent!
